January 2021 saw us re-insulating the existing part, now that the speakers, fire sprinkler system, and ceiling lights are installed in the attic. Then, we installed the windows in the addition. After that, we framed the inside of the addition.

Eric’s nephews, Guy and Glen Dean, helped us winch the shower units down into the ground floor through the area where the stairs will be. We had to take the exterior door out, in order to fit the shower units into the house!
